Day 1  - D

After arriving at our large private home, where we'll be staying for the next three nights, we will meet to kick off our weekend with a bubbly cocktail reception while our private chef prepares our meal for the evening. We'll sit down to a three-course dinner paired with Paso Robles wines. Holly of Off the Vine will pick the wines to pair with each course and explain a bit about why she chose each one. It's sure to be a relaxing evening and a great introduction to our time in Paso Robles.

Day 2  - B, L

After breakfast, we’ll head out to Castoro Winery for our first stop of the day. Here we’ll hear the story of the winery, tour the vineyard and taste their wine. Since it's harvest time, we'll drive to their production facility where we'll get to observe the work being done during this exciting time. Our next stop will be the unique area called Tin City, housed in an industrial park nestled along the historic 1,200 mile Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail, this area is possibly Paso’s hippest wine tasting destination. We’ll have lunch at a local eatery followed by a tasting at a nearby winery. Our next stop will be at Derby Winery. Here we’ll have a tasting experience in their exclusive Almond Room. The Almond Room is located at the top of their tower with 360 degree views of Paso Robles. We’ll learn the history of the winery and enjoy tasting four reserve wines. After our tasting you’ll have the choice to stay for their fun Friday Night Music Series (subject to the current Covid restrictions), and order up an appetizer plate of sausage and cheese or a BBQ dinner. Or, you may choose to head to town for dinner.

Day 3  - B, L, D

After breakfast we’ll drive to Tablas Winery where we'll enjoy a fun morning as we tour their vineyard, nursery, and cellar. After the tour we'll sit down to varietal deconstruction of their Esprit and Esprit Blanc wines. After our time at Tablas, we'll head to Daou Winery. Here we’re in for a treat as we marvel at the beautiful views on the crown of DAOU Mountain. We’ll enjoy lunch at the winery accompanied by some of their wines.  After our lunch and tasting you’ll  have the afternoon free to spend as you'd like before we meet back up for dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4  - B

After breakfast at the house and depending on everyone's flight times, we'll either visit another local winery or make our way to the airport.
